Anne Celeste Heche was an American actress who was known for her performances across a range of types of film, television and theatre. Her achievements include an Daytime Emmy Award, a National Board of Review Award, and many others. Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress born on the 25th of May 1969 and passed away August 11th 2022. First gaining recognition for her roles as Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love of the soap opera Another World (from 1987-1991) and she was the recipient of the two Soap Opera Digest Awards. The latter part of the 1990s saw her rise to prominence with her performances in crime dramas Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the horror film I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer as well as the comedy about politics Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney, September 6th 1953. She is an American actress. She is best known for her character of Lieutenant Sheba from her role in the Battlestar Galactica television series (1978-1979). Her mother is actress June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Her professional journey began young. In the age of 4, Lockhart starred as T is for Tumbleweed. This short subject film was considered for nomination to an Oscar award. The actress would often be seen on the set with her mother, so that she was able to learn about the nuances of business. Lockhart also appeared in a few scenes of Lassie. Dora in Jory in 72 was her first movie. In 1972, she was just 18 years old when she portrayed her character as the daughter of Joan Crawford on The Sixth Sense. Joan was in the episode for the final time. Anne had reportedly turned down Laurie Strode (John Carpenter's 1978 Halloween horror) and Jaime Lee Curtis took the role. Carpenter said that Anne was his primary choice for the part, however, she declined. Anne can't remember John Carpenter having contacted her and offering the position. Her agent may have declined the offer in her name and with no knowledge. Glen Larson initially selected her to play Battlestar Galactica in 1978. He sent a rough script. The actress initially refused the part since the character did not seem strong. Glen later wrote the role with a more powerful character, Sheba. The Living Legend, the first twenty-five pages of which she read and was subsequently accepted. The show ran for a single season. She was in Joyride the 1977 film with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine (son Desi Arnaz Jr. Lucille and Lucille) as well as together with Robert Carradine. In 1987 she appeared alongside Michael Moriarty and The Dark Tower.
